Pataks Pappadums Plain

Pappadums are thin lentil crackers and are the most commonly eaten Indian food. Patak's pappadums are made to a traditional Indian recipe and are sun-dried to preserve the flavours. They are ideal as a starter, a snack on their own, with chutneys, pickles, raita or as a main meal accompaniment.
