Suma Org Oat Groats

A chewier alternative to rolled oats. No pre-soaking needed (allow 1 cup oats to 3 cups water) Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until tender. To serve mix in milk for a creamy flavour and add fruit, honey, jam or nuts to taste.
