1. Gift Vouchers are only redeemable for merchandise in Dimensions Health Store, 15 Holyhead Road, Bangor, LL57 2EG
2. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase online.
3. Gift Vouchers cannot be used for telephone or mail order purchases.
4. Gift Vouchers cannot be used for cash. 5. No change will be given.
6. Gift Vouchers must be submitted upon redemption in store.
7. The Gift Voucher will expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
8. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
9. Please treat Gift Vouchers as cash in terms of security. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
10. Dimensions Health Store reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
11. Dimensions Health Store reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
12. Redemption of a voucher does not count towards discounts.
